Limes give this mocktail plenty of vitamin C, mint provides vitamin A, both are rich in antioxidants and may improve our health in a number of ways. Our raw kombucha’s complex flavour and gut friendly microbes finish off this delicious mocktail.

All the sharp citrus and herbaceous refreshment of a classic mojito with the zesty and aromatic flavours of GO Kombucha Yunnan Gold. Oh and no hangover!

Ingredients

  • 250ml GO Kombucha Yunnan Gold

  • 1-2 limes

  • 10 mint leaves

  • Teaspoon agave syrup to sweeten if preferred

  • Plenty of crushed ice

Method

  • Muddle mint leaves to release their flavour

  • Slice and squeeze 1-2 limes, drop in the squeezed segments for extra flavour

  • Pour in kombucha, add ice, stir well

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint
