GO KOMBUCHA Darjeeling Black has a fruity, grape-like flavour, so we’ve dialled up the grape factor even further with this super fruity grape, elderflower, lime and kombucha mocktail.

Grapes are absolutely packed with a wide range minerals and vitamins, especially vitamin C and vitamin K, which helps keep our blood and bones healthy. Our raw, unprocessed kombucha has a full bodied flavour that makes this mocktail a really satisfying alcohol alternative.

This mocktail is quick to make and very delicious. Fruity grape, delicate elderflower and sharp lime all sparkle with the addition of naturally effervescent GO Kombucha Darjeeling Black. Enjoy!

Ingredients (makes two servings)

  • 250ml GO Kombucha Darjeeling Black

  • 250 grams red grapes

  • Dash of elderflower cordial

  • Half a lime squeezed

  • Sprig of rosemary

  • Plenty of ice cubes

Method

  • Blend grapes to a fine pulp then strain the juice out into a jug with a sieve, using a spoon to get all the liquid out

  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lime and add a dash of elderflower cordial

  • Pour in kombucha, add ice, stir well

  • Garnish with whole grapes on cocktail sticks and a sprig of rosemary for herbal flavour and aroma
