  • FREE DELIVERY on minimum order £120.

  • There is a £25 delivery surcharge for orders below £120.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • UK MAINLAND: Order by 10am Sunday to Thursday and typically receive in 1-2 working days, or 2-5 working days if we are busy (check top of shop pages which will specify approx delivery time during busy periods).

  • SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS / AB (ABERDEEN) POSTCODES / SCOTS ISLANDS / ISLE OF WIGHT: orders take 3-4 working days longer to arrive from when they leave our warehouse. You will be notified by email when to expect your order.

MINIMUM ORDERS FOR NON-UK MAINLAND

  • Customers in the Highlands and AB postcodes must order a minimum £90, and offshore destinations a minimum £120 total at the checkout (after discounts and codes applied) to enable us to absorb the cost of transporting your order.

  • Orders below these thresholds will be invoiced additionally at £15 and £25 respectively to cover the surcharge now applied by our specialist glass carrier to your region.

  • SCOTS UK MAINLAND POSTCODES that require a minimum spend of £90 to avoid £15 surcharge: AB10-16/21-25/30-39/41-45/51-56; DD8-11; FK7-21; IV20-28/30-32/36/40/52-54/63; KW1-14; KY99; PA21-40/80; PH3-13/15/26/30-41/49-50.

  • OFFSHORE ISLAND POSTCODES that require a minimum spend of £120 to avoid £25 surcharge: HS1-9; IV41-45; IV55-56; KA27-28; KW15-17l; PA20; PA41-49; PA60-78; PH42-44; PO30-41; ZE1-3.

STOCK NOTIFICATIONS

  • If a line runs out we’ll inform you right away in which event your order may be delayed up to a week while we await new stock (you can cancel and get a full refund at any time before order is dispatched).

OTHER DESTINATIONS

  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to Northern Ireland or Jersey.

How we deliver

Our specialist by hand glass carrier pays drivers a living wage. If ordered by 10am Mon-Fri we aim to deliver in 1 working day, otherwise within 2 working days.

If longer we will specifiy waiting time on the shop page, and notify you of unforeseen delays or shortage of stock. You will receive a 2-hour window by text on day of delivery.

More details on the Highlands/Offshore Surcharge

Due to escalating cost of transporting our products from Hastings on the south coast 600 miles north and offshore, we now ask customers in the Highlands and all AB postcodes to order a minimum £90 of GO Kombucha, and offshore destinations above an order minimum of £120 in total at the checkout (after discounts and codes applied) to enable us to continue absorbing this cost. All orders are dispatched via our glass specialist courier that ensures your order is moved by hand and never put on belts, and pays its drivers a living wage.
