If ordering by 10am Monday to Thursday you will typically receive in 1-3 working days, or up to 5 working days if we are very busy (check top of shop pages which will specify approximate delivery time during busy periods).
If a line runs out we’ll inform you right away in which event your order may be delayed up to a week while we await new stock (you can cancel and get a full refund at any time before order is dispatched).
SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS / AB (ABERDEEN) POSTCODES / SCOTS ISLANDS / ISLE OF WIGHT: orders can take 2-3 working days longer to arrive from when they leave our warehouse.
Customers in the Highlands and AB postcodes must order a minimum £90, and offshore destinations a minimum £120 total at the checkout (after discounts and codes applied) to enable us to absorb the cost of transporting your order 600 miles from Hastings by our glass specialist courier that ensures your order is moved by hand and never put on belts, and pays its drivers a living wage.
Orders below these thresholds will be invoiced additionally at £15 and £25 respectively to cover the surcharge now applied by our specialist glass carrier to your region.

We believe real kombucha should be available to all. If you are at junior nurse level or below, disabled and unable to work, over 70, a full-time carer, full-time student, unemployed or receive universal credit, scan and email supporting documentation of low income status and proof of home address to sales@gokombucha.co.uk and we will let you know within 3 days if you qualify for our 25% concessionary discount. No minimum order size required for concession holders, but for orders below £60 we apply a £5 plus VAT delivery charge to enable us to break even.
Orders must go to the address on your supporting documentation, and we request that you settle within 48 hours of receiving invoice. *Sparkling Komsecco 750ml is not available on our concession.
