GINGER, POMEGRANATE, RASPBERRY & ROSEMARY MOCKTAIL
SOME SAY pomegranates are an aphrodisiac, we say they’re just plain delicious. They’re also high in antioxidants and vitamin C, combine that with gut-friendly kombucha and you’re onto a win win win.
This mouth-watering kombucha mocktail recipe balances sweet and tart fruits, sour citrus and ginger kombucha flavours perfectly for an indulgent but healthy treat. And it’s super easy to make. Anyone for a Zoom mocktail party?
Ingredients
250ml GO Kombucha Ginger Sencha
Small handful of pomegranate seeds
5-10 raspberries
Quarter unwaxed lemon
Plenty of ice cubes
Rosemary sprig and lemon slice to garnish
Method
Blend / muddle pomegranate seeds and raspberries to a pulp. Strain if you don’t like bits, keep them if you do. (Use more raspberries if you prefer a tarter flavour.)
Squeeze in lemon juice
Pour in ginger kombucha, add ice, stir well
Garnish with lemon slices and rosemary sprig
