How we deliver
Our specialist by hand glass carrier pays drivers a living wage. If ordered by 10am Mon-Fri we aim to deliver in 1 working day, otherwise within 2 working days.
Please note this is subject to unforeseen delays or lack of stock, and you will be notified of any delays with your order.

More details on the Highlands/Offshore Surcharge
Due to escalating cost of transporting our products from Hastings on the south coast 600 miles north and offshore, we now ask customers in the Highlands and all AB postcodes to order a minimum £80 of GO Kombucha, and offshore destinations above an order minimum of £110 in total at the checkout (after discounts and codes applied) to enable us to continue absorbing this cost.
Orders below these thresholds will be invoiced additionally at £15 and £25 respectively to cover the surcharge applied by our specialist glass carrier to your region. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
